Virtuoso Education Consulting LLC is the management consulting firm that business leaders across numerous sectors look to for outsourcing services and sustainable results. We are Equity Advocates, Skilled trainers, and Change Agents.

We support organizational change through analysis of existing organizational structures, development of action plans for improvement, and training stakeholders in the skills needed to accomplish equity-focused outcomes. We're passionate about working collaboratively with our clients to ensure the best results for their stakeholders and  communities, even when it isn't easy.

Renae Azziz EdD, NCSP – Founder and CEO

Dr. Renae Azziz, founder of Virtuoso Education Consulting LLC, has a proven track record for driving change through inclusive, research-based, and data-focused strategies. Known as a dynamic Professional Developer, Entrepreneur, and Equity Advocate – Dr. Azziz is called upon to support state-level agencies across the country to support more equitable practices.

Stephanie Archie Ph.D. – Professional Development Trainer

Dr. Stephanie Archie is a consultant with more than 15 years of experience in education. Stephanie has worked in a variety of positions, including classroom teacher, district curriculum coordinator, department of education planner, school administrator, and University instructor. Her genuine care and commitment to supporting educators and their important work make her an approachable, insightful, and effective consultant. She specializes in culturally responsive practices, RTI, Data Based Decision Making and classroom management. She earned her Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.

Linda Clark-Baker – Professional Development Trainer

Linda supported Statewide training on Culturally Responsive PBIS in Indiana as a member of the Center on Education and Lifelong Learning (CELL) training team at Indiana University and also served as  a Technical Assistance Coordinator with the Illinois PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) Network. She trained and supported teams within districts and schools in the creation and implementation of behavioral supports for all students. Linda has taught kindergarten through eighth grade in public schools, and is currently an adjunct professor at Loyola University in Chicago. Her education specialties now include positive behavioral supports, school climate, and support systems for universal, secondary, and tertiary tier levels. Linda received a M.S. in Education with an emphasis in Reading and a B.A. in Elementary Education.

Kim Daniels – Professional Development Trainer

Kim’s career  in education spans more than 25 years.  Her commitment to the field  has been applied across many roles. She has been a high school classroom teacher, assistant principal, and district curriculum coordinator.   She has also served as a district wide professional development trainer, responsible for coordinating professional development opportunities and monitoring the fidelity of implementation of best practices. As a consultant with Virtuoso, Kim supports trainings related to Best Practices in Instruction, RTI, and Data Based Decision Making.  She received a M.S. in Educational Leadership from the University of Kentucky.

Kassi Hall – Professional Development Trainer

Before joining the Virtuoso team, Kassi Hall was awarded the designation of Rosa Parks-Edison Elementary Teacher of the Year( MSD Perry Township, Indianapolis, IN). Kassi brings years of special education teaching expertise in her role of educational consultant.  As a special education teacher and program coordinator, Kassi has expertise in developing academic and behavior intervention plans for students with and without disabilities, coordinating building level response to intervention/problem solving teams,  and using formative assessments to guide instructional planning and intervention. She received her education training at Ball State University earning a M.A. in MILD interventions (K-12) and a B.S. in special education with hearing impairments (K-12).

Cheryl Hustedt – Professional Development Trainer

Prior to joining Virtuoso Education Consulting, Cheryl Hustedt worked for the Indiana Department of Education as an End-of-Course Assessment (ECA) Specialist and Program Manager. For more than a decade, she held various positions in several Indiana schools, including testing/assessment coordinator, elementary teacher, special education coordinator, principal, and assistant principal. She was a facilitator for the Indiana Department of Education, responsible for coaching school leadership teams and facilitating school change strategy seminars.  A member of the National Association of Elementary Principals and the National Staff Development Council, Cheryl has an extensive background in providing professional development to teachers and administrators across the country. She received her master's and bachelor's degrees at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), where she was also an adjunct instructor.

Rose Jackson Buckley – Professional Development Trainer

A consultant with Virtuoso and a licensed school psychologist, Rose Jackson is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the American Psychological Association (APA). She is also a member of the Indiana Association of School Psychologists and has published several research articles focused on the field of Special Education. Rose also serves as a research assistant for the Center for Urban and Multicultural Education at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).  With several years of special education research, teaching, and assessment experience, Rose provides professional development to educators across the country.  She received her B.A. in Special education from Purdue Univeristy, a M.S. in Educational Psychology from Indiana University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in IU's School Psychology program.

Sarah M. Ragonese Ph.D. – Professional Development Trainer

Dr. Sarah Ragonese is a certified Nationally Certified School Psychologist. In addition to her role as an educational consultant, she is a part-time school psychologist with the Monroe County Community School Corporation in Bloomington, Indiana.  Sarah has published a number of papers and has provided many presentations on minority disproportionality, behavioral assessment, and classroom management at workshops and conferences across the country. She completed her graduate and post-graduate studies in School and Educational psychology at Indiana University where she earned her Ph.D. and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in psychology from Tulane University.

Steven Peterson – Professional Development Trainer

Steven is a much sought-after educational consultant. A practitioner for nearly 20 years, he has served as a middle school teacher, assistant principal, and high school principal. His tenure as a practitioner has earned him several awards as both a teacher and principal. Steven has received recognition as Principal of the Year due to his leadership in increasing student proficiency on state assessments in the State of Michigan. He specializes in school climate, leadership,  and data-based decision making. He received his Ed.S. in Education from Michigan State University.

Alexis Jackson – Administrative Assistant

Alexis joined the Virtuoso in 2009. Prior to joining Virtuoso, she was executive assistant and office manager  for a non-profit in St. Louis, Missouri.  Alexis is responsible for coordinating conference events, scheduling trainings, and marketing efforts.
