Metropolitan District of Perry Township
The Problem: Perry Township was found to have minority disproportionality (over identification of African American students identified for Special Education Services), increased use of suspension and expulsion for African American students, and budget constraints due to federal financial mandates.

- Significant decreases in rates of out of school suspension in 1 year.
- Green Oaks High school went from 43% to 26% of students receiving OSS
- Huntington High school went from 51% to 31% of students receiving OSS
